Trevor Van Dam – Principal Reviewer and Executive Director – Brisbane and Canberra Trevor joined CPM Reviews in 2008 as a Principal Reviewer and commenced as Executive Director of CPM Reviews in June 2016. Trevor is a highly experienced and able Reviewer who can undertake complex workplace and code of conduct investigations and workplace and environment reviews and culture scans. Dr Vivienne Thom, Executive Reviewer - Canberra Vivienne Thom is a consultant in the field of public administration with a focus on integrity and governance. She specialises in highly sensitive and complex inquiries into code of conduct matters concerning senior executives including agency heads. In her public service career, Vivienne conducted a number of formal inquiries and complex reviews directed at identifying improvements to be made within organisations. In June 2016 she was appointed as a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to public administration through a range of senior roles, and as a mentor to women in executive positions. Mary Brennan, Principal Reviewer - Canberra Mary has a legal background and prior to joining CPM Reviews was the managing partner of the Canberra office of national law firm Sparke Helmore. Mary has extensive experience advising and representing a range of clients on varied and highly complex issues. In her work with CPM Reviews over the last five years Mary has personally handled more than 40 cases, including complex Code of Conduct reviews and PID matters for agencies like the ATO, Agriculture, Finance and PM&C and chaired Appeal Tribunals for the ACT Government.
